Finance Lead

Salary: £46,200 per year

STEM Recruitment Solutions have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Lead for a 6-month fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension) for our well-respected client in Glasgow.
Our client is ideally looking for an immediate start and this will initially be a home-based position.
The role:
* Providing specialist financial expertise to support compliance monitoring and management of existing/new Supply Partners
* Undertaking financial stability evaluation at pre/post qualification stage
* Implementing benchmarking and cost analysis
* Developing financial capability within both people and processes
* Leading on monitoring/managing financial analysis and compliance reporting on suppliers’ financials
* Bringing understanding of financial drivers and trends to support compliance monitoring and reporting, providing insightful data to aid market shaping and drive partner innovation
The person:
* High standard of financial acumen, as well as leadership behaviours and competency
* Ability to develop and maintain excellent internal and external business partnering with key stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Experience working within a commercial setting (desirable)
Salary:
£38,500 plus benefits
