Finance Director

Salary: £108,000 – £120,000 per year

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners Leadership and Management division are working in exclusive partnership with an expanding and market leading SME Sheffield based manufacturing business as they look to recruit a Finance Director.

The business as a turnover of circa £12 million+ and employ around 120 staff.

THE JOB:

The role will see the successful candidate work as part of a small senior management team and ultimately report into the CEO.

The business are keen to recruit a strategic thinking Finance Director with knowledge/experience of project accounting and someone who is used to working closely with banks and working at board level with PE.

This will be a very hands-on role and you’ll get involved with all aspects of an SME manufacturing business period currently on an upward curve in terms of growth and expansion.

THE PERSON:

The business are looking for a CIMA or ACCA qualified Finance Director, ideally from the manufacturing sector, who has experience of working with banks and PE.

Experience of sales/exits and acquisitions would be desirable.

You’ll need to be strategic thinking and hands on FD interested challenging but reward opportunity.
