This ambitious manufacturer has developed a superb reputation for the design and development of innovative equipment for a range of industries. This business has a brilliant reputation within their industry and supply into some blue chip companies which makes this company extremely stable. They are extremely busy right and are looking to recruit a Technical Internal Sales Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

*Analyse sales and any changes or developments to the market for the business
*Interpret drawings from customers and liaise requirements / improvements needed with the team
*Manage timescales of customer requirements and manage customer expectations from start to finish
*Work closely with the Technical Sales Director until he retires to understand day to day requirements before you would take full control of the sales function

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

*Experience working as a Technical or Internal Sales Manager within a manufacturing company
*Able to work closely within a small close-knit team and liaise with other departments and communicate changes very well
*Experience working within the Automotive or Electronics sectors would be a huge benefit for transferable skills
*A career driven individual who has aspirations to progress up the ladder from management to Director level
