Steel Erector & Mate Vacancies – South England

Our client is a long established steelwork fabrication company that specialize in the design, manufacture, and installation mainly of a very wide variety of Architectural Steelwork such as stairs, handrails, balconies etc. as well as some secondary steelwork. (Start date as soon as you are available).

They now require 1 x Steelwork Erector £19.2p/h and 1 x Erectors mate £14.00 per hour. With overtime paid 1.5 x hourly rate with, lodgings,expenses and mileage paid when overnight stays are required.

These are full time PAYE employed positions.

The work is based mainly in the South of England – around the areas of Woking to Brighton, and occasionally across to Dorset – so within those general areas with some work also around the Borough of London. As such, candidates living local to any of those areas will be most welcome to apply.

Candidates are required to have at least 3 years experience working on site with Architectural steelwork as noted above. Relevant cards and tickets required, SMSTS etc.

Experience in welding steelwork on site would be advantageous but by no means essential – (non-coded is fine).
