The Company:
Our client is a well-established, international manufacturing company.
Main duties:
To be in charge of the day to day sales administration within a busy Customer Services team and to ensure the highest standard of customer support.
The Role:
– To provide an excellent level of Customer Services at all times
– To process orders and ensure on-time delivery using SAP
– To build good relationships with customers and understand their needs
– To liaise with other departments regarding product Availability / Delivery / Credits / Returns
– To work as part of a team and report to the Team Leader
– To update customers details accurately on the system
The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) is essential
– Additional fluency in Dutch would be advantageous
– Previous experience in Sales Administration and/or Customer Services is required
– Experience in a wholesale customer services environment would be ideal
– Strong attention to details
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills
– IT literate (Excel, SAP ideally)
Salary:
£28,000 p.a. + bonus + benefits
