Main duties and responsibilities:

Ability to demonstrate kitchen and culinary skills to a high quality level as Chef de Partie.
Ability to work under pressure.
Team player and strong team builder.
Good understanding of gross profit calculations.
A high standard of personal presentation
Confident, professional and welcoming personality.

Essential criteria: You will have experience of working in fine dining establishments up to at least 1 Rosette, although 2 Rosette standards would be more favourable.

Accommodation provided: Yes

Charge for accommodation: 56.00 GBP per week
