Construction Sales Consultant / Recruitment Consultant

Linsco are recruiting professional, sales focussed Consultants to join our elite Construction team based within our prestigious offices in Nottingham. You will be given full training and support to enable you to reach your full potential and build a rewarding and lucrative career!

Linsco are a highly renowned, successful Recruitment agency with over 35 years experience, we are looking to expand our temporary Construction division and are seeking bright, confident candidates with at least 6 months sales experience gained working within ‘any’ fast paced, challenging sales environment.

The Role

Working alongside an experienced team you will develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Majority of your day will be spent on the telephone generating business and following up sales leads, along with arranging and attending face to face meetings with potential customers to market “Linsco’s” services. Other essential parts of your role will be to pre-screen, interview and assess the skills of candidates whilst matching them to our clients’ requirements.

You will have a real desire to earn money proactively yet ethically, have high energy levels and be an excellent team player with a hunger for success. In return for hard work Linsco offer an excellent package and benefits and have just re-assessed their commission structure (uncapped) to ensure it has a competitive edge in the market.

Salary & Benefits

There is potential to earn enviable commission in addition to receiving an excellent basic salary of between £26,000and £26,000 per year depending on experience. Training and development needs are established early on and an ongoing training program is offered using internal and external methods and providers.
