Credit Control Supervisor

Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year

We are currently looking for a Credit Control Supervisor to join our Finance Team. Their primary function will be to guide and support the wider credit control team to collect cash and maintain our aged debt at an acceptable level, while understanding our desire to deliver excellent service through all customer interactions.

What we would like from you:

* Proven track record in the management of aged debt both personally and through a team.

* Good interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with external customers and internal stakeholders alike

* Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to solve problems and take ownership of issues that arise and the ability to support the business with it’s drive for continuous improvement

* The ability to remain calm under pressure
