Compliance Officer – Financial / Insolvency Sector

Our client, a well respected boutique insolvency practice, are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to compliment their growing Personal Insolvency and IVA team

Involved in actively reviewing all processes and procedures in line with Protocol and Insolvency regulations, duties will include:

Monitor, check and ensure compliance and accuracy of all calls and communications with customers and creditors
Ensure that the customers’ queries are answered in a timely manner, whether that query is by telephone, email or letter.
Ensure that all communications to customers and creditors are accurate, appropriate and are dealt with in a timely manner
Review customer feedback to ensure that there is an ongoing improvement of quality service
Drive efficiencies whilst delivering continual enhancements of the customer journey
Ensure efficiency, quality of service, work standards and KPI’s are met in line with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and regulated guidelines.
You will be driven, passionate and demonstrate a professional approach to your work at all times.

Experience within a similar role in either a financial services or insolvency services company is desirable

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000per yeardependent upon experience
