Due to their continued growth and expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for Digital Marketing Executive with varying degrees of knowledge of Digital Marketing & Optimising Websites to join the growing Team.

Key Responsibilities of the Web Developer role will include:

•Recommending & Implementing On-Page Changes to Content, Structure & Design of 3 Websites across different industries.
•Google Webmaster Tools Account Audits to identify areas of Optimisation. Outlining Strategies to rectify any Issues & Implementing Solutions to ensure the GWMT Account is kept free from errors and the Websites are Optimised.
•Blog Post Optimisation – Reviewing Historic Posts. Correctly Positioning Keywords to Assist Posts in Receiving Maximum exposure. Fixing any errors discovered and optimising post Meta data to assist blog posts in reaching their potential.
•Making Amendments to internal link structure and other on-page changes to improve websites for both Customers & Search Engines.
•Analysing the impact of Changes Implemented to gauge effectiveness.
•Reporting any Changes on Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly basis. Along with providing recommendations based on your analysis of the effectiveness of previously implemented changes & reporting.
•Presenting Optimisation Proposals in meetings and verbally communicating results in face-to-face meetings and telephone conference calls.
•Ensuring Link-Profiles are regularly cleaned and maintained. Submitting disavow requests to Google – assisting in reducing the number of low-quality links pointing to the websites.
•Outreach to Quality Websites / Bloggers / Social Media Profiles – to assist in External Promotion of Content & obtaining natural Back Links from relevant Authorities within the industry.

Skills Required:

•Intermediate Knowledge of Digital Marketing & Search Engine Optimisation.
•The ability to produce relevant reports relating to work completed.
•Strong Data Analysis skills & good written / verbal communication skills.
•Intermediate knowledge of White-Hat Search Engine Optimisation.
•Intermediate HTML / CSS & WordPress experience to assist in implementing proposed changes.
