Maintenance Assistant

My client has a fantastic opportunity for a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT to join the team at their manufacturing plant in Morley, Leeds, West Yorkshire.

THE ROLE:

* Clean up machine beds.

* Identify oil leaks.

* Grease up moulding machines as per manufacturers recommendations.

* Keep the Compressor house and chiller area in a clean and tidy condition.

* Clean up and grease assembly machines as per manufacturer’s recommendations.

* Keep the workshop in a 5S condition.

* Help with the implementation of the TPM system.

* Assist with assembly machine change overs.

* Fill up and check oil levels on moulding machines.

THE CANDIDATE:

* The successful candidate will have previous experience in a maintenance work in a busy manufacturing environment.

* You must be able to use hand and power tools.

* You must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and work as part of a team.
