Sous Chef

Salary: £26,400 – £31,200 per year

Sous Chef required for a busy country pub on the edge of Swindon. We require a strong, capable and committed Sous Chef to help work with our Head Chef to push the business forward and is passionate about creating great food.

Known for our fresh food we will need a Chef that can handle high-volume and thrives under pressure. 

You will be expected to serve food using fresh produce and maintaining high standards.

Similarly, you will be an experienced Sous Chef wanting to continue to progress. You will be confident in your own ability to oversee the kitchen when the Head Chef is off.

The ideal Sous Chef will have a great attitude and fit in well with a fun team. You will be able to work quickly on your feet also ensuring a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Be creative and assist the Head Chef in exceedimg customer expectations
