Digital Agile Coach Senior

*Digital Agile Coach Senior – up to £560/ day – 2-3 month contract – Newcastle*

Security Clearance: Must already hold DS clearance or be willing to undergo.

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our key clients in Newcastle who are looking for a Senior Digital Agile Coach to oversee and manage a team of Agile Coaches, providing guidance, mentoring and training in Agile across the team. The successful candidate will work within an agile multi-disciplinary team of Developers, Designers, and Analysts, helping to guide them and conveying the subtleties of Agile principles and methodologies in a way which aligns with the values and goals of the project and wider organisation.

Key tasks and deliverables:
*Working with product owners and business analysts to identify and define user stories and acceptance criteria, product management, sprint backlogs.
*Facilitating the sprint planning and prioritisation process.
*Provide peer review on existing methodologies and frameworks
*Support the organisation in articulating the agile vision
*Support the creation of the Transformation Plan to deliver the agile vision
*Define what success looks like for the engagement
*Define what roles should be in place to create lasting change

Essential skills and experience:
*Experience assess the culture of a team or organisation and delivery processes in place to identify improvements and facilitate these improvements with the right type of support.
*Executive coaching on the fundamental considerations of digital service delivery design (at organisation level)
*Proven ability to quickly assimilate organisational strategy and operating context
*Ability to work in environments that are undergoing complex change, working in an iterative manner, evolving conversations and understanding how far to challenge and when
