Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in Devon, in their search for a Town Planning Officer on an initial 3 month contract.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team, and you will be tasked with working on a range of planning applications with limited supervision.

This would be ideal for candidates that want to work in a busy & beautiful local authority whilst having the ability to manage their own caseload, mainly from home.

The authority is offering a flexible working arrangement, but the council are ideally looking for a qualified planner who can attend for site visits as and when needed.

Development Management experience in a local authority of more than a year is a must.
