Is the role for you…?

• Technically manage the operational stores IT infrastructure environment.
• Provide 2nd line application support to all sites. Ensure incident escalations are dealt with in a timely fashion, and ITIL processes such as Change Control are being adhered to.
• Document all stores infrastructure applications and services, ensuring they are well maintained and that each has a valid & up to date roadmap at all times.
• Ensure SLA escalations by the Help Desk are resolved within the agreed timescales making sure that all closure information is correctly recorded.
• Be included in the 24×7 call out service as part of the agreed rota system.
• Provide and maintain client hardware and software for the stores user community
• Ensure that the asset management system is updated for all PC, server, printer and laptop changes.
• Support new store implementations working to tight hard deadlines.

• Exceptional technician, capable of taking ownership for critical store infrastructure systems.
• 2 years’ experience working in a fast paced and demanding environment.
• Pragmatic thinker who can effectively work in or with project teams delivering infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation and workflow skills.
• Analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
• Flexible approach and a willingness to learn and apply new skills and technologies.
• Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers.

Technical Skills

Essential
• MS Windows 7, NT Server, Server
• MS Office 2010
• Microsoft core services
• HP & Dell storage, server and workstation
• HHT experience
• Mobile Device management
• Wireless network management
• IOS Device knowledge
• SQL Enterprise manager

Desirable

• Working knowledge of Postilion
• Active Directory
• Image creation and management
• Exposure to Beetle hardware
• Wireless technologies
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL
• Service Now or Top Desk
• MobileIron experience.
• Apple Mac, iPhone and iPad devices.
• Store credit card solutions
