Junior Education Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

IZ Connect Recruitment are excited to announce that we are recruiting for a Junior Education Recruitment Consultant in our Head office based in High Wycombe. As Educational Recruitment is focused on repeat business, relationship building will be a core part of your success, with much of your time spent on the phone and meeting both client contacts and your supply staff face to face. You will need to be sales focused to stand out.

In this role as a Junior Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

As a Junior Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging with new and existing Nurseries and Schools
• Regularly visiting the Schools and Nurseries to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them.
• Attracting and matching potential Education Professionals to school and Nursery requirements and ethos.
• Advertising on job boards, social media and our website.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Filling School and Nursery vacancies on a supply and contract basis
• Creating and maintaining relationships and connections with your clients

• A passion for recruitment and sales
• Have an understanding of the Education Recruitment industry (this is not essential but desired, as full training will be given)
• Ability to multi task
