If you are an enthusiastic, communicative and customer focused Application Support Consultant, you could work for this respected software consultancy and gain new skills working with their state-of-the-art web based ERP, Accounting, e-Commerce, CRM and Supply Chain software.

As part of their growing, professional support team you will need very good communication and telephone skills, previous experience of software support in a software house, consultancy, reseller or vendor environment and a thirst for learning. You will be a great problem solver, very customer focused, with an eye for detail.

Reporting to the Support Manager, you will join a small, dynamic team dealing with clients’ software issues via telephone, email and remote support. You will log and progress your support calls and provide efficient solutions and a fabulous service to your clients.

Candidates need previous experience of application software solutions such as ERP, Accounting, Supply Chain, e-Commerce, Finance or Distribution.
