Project Resource
Salary: £420 – £480 per day
Our client is seeking a Project Manager/ Construction Manager to work on the Fit Out and package management of a flagship project in their stadiums division in South Wales
This position is working on package management internals management for the next 6-7 months.
They are towards the back end of the project, and they need support on the packages
This position is Outside IR35 and would also pay lodge for the right person if they are from outside of South Wales
Requirements:
Worked as a Senior Site Manager, Project Manager or Construction Manager previously
Experience working on Leisure, retail, or Stadia projects in the past
Experience working on large scale projects up to £100m+
Worked on the management of complex SubContract packages and services previously
Tier 1 main contracting experience
Able to work as part of a team and driven to get the project completed
Rate: Negotiable DOE (outside IR35)
Duration: 6-8 months (with possible other projects to move on to within the business)
Location: Swansea
