Water Treatment Commercial Manager

This national and fast growing and well established water treatment company is currently looking for a focused and self-driven Commercial Manager within Water Treatment to work for them in the South East.

Minimum requirements:
– Come from a strong technical/chemical/operational/management background
– Must have thorough knowledge and experience of working within this role and within the water treatment/hygiene industry.
– Be flexible and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and to take the business to the next level.
– The ability to organise workload effectively.
– Ideally hold a chemical/science degree.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Provide development, training and management for the office and site staff.
– Generating new business leads, achieving KPI’s and the ability to deliver on good commercial results.
– Developing a good relationship with clients on all levels, maintaining a high standard when providing quotations and tenders.
– Organising workloads and service schedules, managing and updating existing and new accounts on the management systems.
– Market research
– formulation of business strategies
– Managing a team of sales managers/engineers
– Partnerships assessment and development
– Marketing
– Business planning
– Budgeting & financial reporting
