They have been trading in the UK for over 20 years and are currently entering a stage of controlled expansion aimed at increasing its rapidly expanding market share.
The Role/Duties Commercial Account Manager
Promote and sell products to existing customers to meet their needs to achieve set sales targets
Educate and create awareness of new products and promotions.
Promote and upsell FP consumable products.
Promote company image through professional, positive attitude, knowledge and customer orientation
Act as single point of contact for existing and new customers
Build a good knowledge of the market and recognize new trends in the industry
Build trust, Retain customers and revenue, work on solving customer issues and respond to their requests in a timely manner
Ensure profitability of offers presented
Have a good head for CSI at the same times always looking for the sales opportunity
Prepare full account development plan in order to identify all aspects of customer business in terms of revenue, requirements, opportunity’s, risk etc.
The Candidate Specification
You must have an understanding of the office equipment market, preference will be given to candidates with an experience of the Franking machine industry. Alternatively,you will worked within a leasing environment.
An essential skill requirement however is a good level of Account Management understanding
You will have experience of selling by telephone andl be looking to maximize your potential earnings to its full capacity by our UNCAPPED commission system
The Package
The basic salary will be Negotiable with an O.T.E of £48,000
The annual leave entitlement is 24 days plus an additional day after one years service
There is a birthday recovery day entitlement.
