Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with outbound and inbound sales.
Necessary Skills & Experience:
* Confident and effective sales skills with proven experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent)
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude
* A team player
* A quick learner
* Strong prioritisation and time management skills
Advantageous experience;
* A passion for pets (and their insurance!)
About the role
Salary: £26,000 – £28,800per year(depending upon experience)
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
Proposed Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
Location: Office based – Haywards Heath, West Sussex
An exciting sales opportunity for a driven individual to grow, expand and develop with a leading pet insurance provider as they launch and develop their insurance products across the UK and Europe.
The role will involve:
* Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
* Following up and converting free insurance offered by our partners – microchippers, breeders, vets and charities
* Ensuring customer satisfaction is exceeded
* Producing high-quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
* Identifying trends and areas for improvement with a solution-based attitude
* Sales and policy administration
* Ensuring company and regulatory policies are complied with
* Undertaking regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements
