Assistant Sales Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Our client, a well-established and successful automotive group based in Surrey are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team representing a prestige brand. Whilst supporting and leading a team of Sales Executives, you will also be responsible for stacking deals, second facing customers and selling vehicles as and when required.

The role will involve…

Will be part responsible for a busy sales department in achieving and over achieving all sales targets within the business
Maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products, you must possess and be able to demonstrate first class selling and marketing skills gained within the motor industry at a high level
Managing a team of Sales Executives ensuring you get the best from each member of the teamWho we are looking for:

In terms of experience, if you are a Sales Controller, Business Manager, Transaction Manager then you will be best placed to apply for the role.
They will also consider a Car Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive looking to take a step up.
Be able to efficiently work under pressure
The successful applicant will need to have proven success in their current/ previous role, as well as a stable career history.
You can expect full support in the achievement of the highest performance standards and customer experienceWhat is on offer?

They will be looking to offer a basic between £25,000 – £30,000 basic with an OTE of £45,000 – £55,000. You will also be given a Company Car.

Monday – Saturday with a day off in lieu, Sundays are on a rota.
