The company are a UK leader in gardening, horticultural and agricultural equipment and operate from almost 20 branches. Despite being well organised and structured they have managed to successfully maintain their family feel, which has in turn resulted in a low turnover of staff and a good place to work for their employees

The role itself will be showroom based in a dealership employing around 20 people. You will be part of a small team based from the branch which includes a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, two parts department employees, a small sales team, a workshop team and an administrator. Your role will be to take customer enquiries, upsell/cross sell on garden machinery products, process sales, manage displays and deliver general customer service. Occasional Saturday’s will also be part of the job.

The Role:

*Over the counter sales of Gardening Equipment (I.e Lawnmowers, Strimmers, Hedge cutters etc)
*Full product training
*Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (Salaried at £26,400) weekend and overtime package discussed/negotiated at interview)

The Person:

*Retail/Showroom Sales experience
*Good Sales understanding (Upselling/Cross Selling)
*Keen to learn
*Wants to work in a family feel and well organised environment
*Driving License
