Salary: £35,191 per year
An exciting opportunity for a registered manager to join a brand new Assisted Living Service in Poole!
With fantastic features and facilities, this development will have a genuine community feel about it, and home owners will be involved in a wealth of activity both inside and out. The service offers comfort and care whilst enabling people to live as independently as possible, and your role will be to oversee this busy development and manage a team of care and support staff.
To be successful in applying for this role you will be an experienced manager with a background in a similar service; passionate about your work and keen to develop your career. You will hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or similar, and a driver.
You will receive an excellent and thorough induction, plus ongoing training and support to help you excel in this role.
