Tfm Regional Account Manager

My client is an integrated facilities business who work in strong partnership with their clients which range from healthcare to transport and manufacturing. They are now seeking an experienced account manager to manage a multiple site portfolio across the Cumbria region. The key duties will include;

Role details:

• Lead an operational TFM team both self-delivery and sub contracted services
• Oversee all development and performance management of the team
• Manage a range of sites including corporate and industrial
• Day to day budget management for the portfolio
• Ensure that all service lines are delivering to set SLA’s and KPI’s
• Undertake asset management and project works as required
• Work closely with the client including regular review meetings

You will have a proven track record delivering TFM services either client side or for an FM provider. Strong multiple site experience is essential for the role, as is previous team and budget management. Good client relationship building skills are also important for the role as is the ability to travel around the region.
