37 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract

A housing association have an exciting opportunity for a Governance Coordinator to join their Finance department in Pontypridd.

Proactively you will support governance systems across the Group, allowing the Boards to discharge their responsibilities effectively and with probity. Motivated and passionate you will be a customer focused individual with strong communication skills.

Assisting in the preparation of the standing orders, governance policies and procedures and scheme of delegation you will ensure there is consistency within the group. Detailed knowledge and experience of delivering a quality, efficient and responsive high level governance service to Boards and staff is essential. You will also be required to have a clear understanding of the regulatory framework in Wales.

To be successful in this role you are required to possess substantial administrative skills and good knowledge of Microsoft ICT packages with the ability to process data quickly and efficiently. You will be an excellent team player who has a positive and flexible attitude. Methodical in your approach you will be able to prioritise and plan in an exciting environment.
