We are thrilled to be working alongside one of our favourite clients based in Worksop, who are looking to add a warm and friendly Helpdesk Advisor to their team!

You will be working within the finance team, providing quality advice to new and existing customers. This will involve communicating through emails and inbound calls. You can expect 10-20 calls a day, so no scary numbers! You’ll play a vital part in the smooth running of the Accounts Receivable desk, gaining first-hand knowledge and experience. After training, you will be given the option of hybrid working and progression is there for those who desire it.

Your role will involve:
-Handling queries for the Accounts Receivable Helpdesk in various forms
-Liaising with other teams in the finance department
-Working towards fair and achievable targets set by your Team Leader
-Other Adhoc tasks

We are looking for someone who has a background in providing exceptional customer service, ideally call-centre based. If you can communicate effectively, work well in a team and have a great eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!
