Job Title: Clinical Care Assessor / Healthcare

Salary: £30,000

Package includes: 35 days holiday (inc 8 BH`s), Company Pension, 45ppm + much more

Location: Berkshire to include Frimley and Wexham

Type: Full Time, Permanent

KM Recruitment are urgently seeking a qualified (A1,D32/D33, TAQA or CAVA) Clinical Care / Nursing Assessor, to manage a caseload of learners in and around Frimley and Wexham.

Essential Criteria:

– Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA
– Experience of delivering Clinical Care / Healthcare level 2 and 3
– Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Care
– Occupational competence / hands on experience within Care (Clinical Care)
– Full cleaning driving licence

Duties:

– Assess and support learners through full Apprenticeship frameworks in Clinical Healthcare to levels 2/3 – Tech Cert, ERR & PLTS.
– Deliver training and support in Functional Skills (Maths / English) to level 2 (previous delivery of functional skills is NOT essential)
– Managing a caseload of learners, the successful candidate will plan and coordinate their own diary to ensure learners are being visited in a timely fashion.
– Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their Clinical / Healthcare Apprenticeship/QCF qualification to levels 2 and 3.
– Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
– Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
– Support, advise and motivate learners.
– Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner`s needs.
– Meet Assessor KPI`s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Personal Skills:

– Confident with Maths and English – (grades C or above – or Key/Functional Skills at level 2)
– Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
– Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
– Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learner.
