Carer / Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker

Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant/ Support Worker? Do you live in North London or in Hertfordshire? We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants to cover temporary shifts in Residential Homes and Day Centres for people with Learning Disabilities and would love to hear from you.
Duties will include supporting the registered manager, following Person Centred Care and Support plans being responsible for creating a welcoming and homely environment for the service-users, promoting best practice and the day to day running of the project. You must be flexible, available to work shifts and weekends and be comfortable providing personal care.
You will be an experienced worker within the learning disability sector with a minimum of a NVQ 2. You will be required to be referenced and undergo an enhanced CRB check.

Salary: £26,000per year PAYE (depending on shift pattern)
