If you currently work for a recruitment agency or have previously been an Internal Recruiter we have an opportunity for you…

Internal Recruiter duties:
Manage use of recruitment channels and verify applicant acceptability
Co-ordinate scheduling of candidate interviews
Increase awareness of the company with the recruitment market place
Monitor recruitment KPI’s and periodically update the HR Manager
Arrange interviews and venue arrangements, post interview feedback etc
Be pro-active in sourcing suitable candidates from various sources
Work with line managers to create job specifications

Internal Recruiter, person specification:
Recent experience within recruitment is essential (ideally within an agency)
Proven track record within recruitment
Experience in investigating, proposing and implementing new recruitment practices
Good knowledge of MS Office
Be able to prioritise and work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
High level of initiative

Additional Information:
Based in Reigate
£16.48 – £18.13
Monday to Friday; 9:00am – 5:00pm
Maternity cover – starting immediately
