Account Manager

The role

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Person to join our team. Carnoisseur Leasing has been established since 2008 and has seen steady growth ever since. Carnoisseur Leasing has several stores based throughout the UK and Ireland with the head office being based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. We are looking for a friendly bubbly and self motivated individual to manage our Worthing Store.

Overview

Working at our Worthing store the successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales and managing customer accounts. The required hours are for a full time person working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Taking incoming calls and emails from customers looking to place orders with the business

Qualifying the customer to establish their vehicle needs

Order processing using the in-house systems

Managing any queries the customers may have

Liaising with the suppliers to ensure delivery to the customer is seamless

Raising invoices and purchase orders for customers and accounts

Managing customer payments

Ensuring the store adheres to the operating procedures

Any additional ad-hoc duties as and when necessary

Key Skills Required

Previous experience in sales is essential

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

IT literate

It would be beneficial if the applicant had some knowledge of cars or vans however this is not essential
