Manufacturing Team Leader

Abatec are currently seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader for our client based in Clevedon.

This company are a market leader in what they do and their products are supplied across the country, having been established for over 60 years with various awards along the way, this company pride themselves on the quality and brand recognition of their products.

They are currently undergoing a period of extensive growth and expansion and require a number of Manufacturing/Production Supervisors.

Key Activities

– Leading a team of Production Operatives
– Implementing and maintaining lean and continuous improvement programmes
– Ensuring production schedules are adhered to
– Applying quality checks and maintenance schedules

You will have

– Prior experience in a manufacturing / production environment
– Excellent people-management skills
– Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement
– A background in a Management, Team Leader or Supervisor position

Salary and Benefits

• Circa £32,000 dependant on experience
