Working within a small but perfectly formed Development Team, you’ll be a vital component in the success of customer projects and you’ll have the chance to make a real contribution to the future growth of the business.

As a Junior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for working on a variety of bespoke development projects for customers, ranging from small scale websites to larger assignments for household names.

Capturing requirements for new projects, you’ll use your brilliant PHP skills to design new modules and update existing modules for customers. You’ll utilise your industry knowledge and expertise to constantly recommend better ways of designing and implementing our client’s software and ensure that all projects meet customer specifications.

Additionally, you’ll provide technical training to end users and keep clear and accurate documentation of all development tasks.

Interested? To be considered for this great opportunity, you must have:

– At least two years’ commercial development experience
– Object Oriented PHP development experience
– Experience of the following: PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

As a Junior PHP Developer, you must be articulate and imaginative with a great eye for detail and strong communication skills. The ability to meet deadlines and handle a number of projects simultaneously is also essential.
