Project Manager

My client requires a project manager to work on the delivery of a large Rail project in East London.
You will need to show experience in delivering large scale rail projects in the value of 10M, showing a proven track record working on heavy construction contracts.
Main duties will include:
* Management and co-ordination of all supervisors and operatives engaged in implementing rail systems works (Heavy Construction) on this multi-disciplinary project.
* Deliver the works safely.
* Deliver an acceptable environmental performance.
* Resolve access disputes across all rail systems disciplines.
* Interface with other disciplines (Civils and Buildings) to integrate the programme.
* Development of key staff and operatives.
* Oversee possession management team activities
* Be responsible and accountable for decisions and actions taken in the course of works.
* Participate in development and co-ordination of detailed designs, input to value engineering and buildability assessments.
The right candidate will have worked on the delivery of large scale construction projects and have worked extensively in the Rail sector.
Any experience with depot works would be an advantage but not essential.
The rates are negotiable for the right candidate with weekly payments.
