Multi Trade Operative

Our housing association contractor client is looking to take on a Multi Skilled Trade Operative (Carpenter, Plasterer and Plumber) to work on domestic works around the Weston-Super-Mare area.

You will need to have at least 2 years experience of working as a Multi Skilled Trade Operative (or specialised trade) on the day to day and planned maintenance of Social Housing properties and certificate/Diploma/Apprenticeship in your specialism.

The successful Multi Skilled Trade Operative candidate will have a friendly manner, with good communication and the motivation and ability to learn.

You must be able to provide references, possess the basic tools and have a current valid UK driving license as daily site visits are a major aspect of the job. This is a temporary on-going role with a scope to go perm. A van is supplied.
