Our Infrastructure Division is involved in some of the world’s most exciting capital development programmes, including aviation, rail, water, nuclear and power.
Due to continued growth our Cost Management team in Belfast are looking to appoint an Assistant Risk Manager to work on exciting developments in the infrastructure sector.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* You are likely to be based out of our client office locations. Commissions will vary from large, multi-year frameworks to shorter periods of advisory support.
* You will work as part of our Infrastructure Cost Management and Project Management teams to implement and support an integrated risk management process across a major capital programme or project.
* Implementing integrated risk management processes (risk, cost and schedule) on a large programme or project.
* Risk workshop facilitation, threat migration and opportunity exploration
* Drawing up budgets and timescales for new construction projects based on clients’ requirements
* Briefing project teams, contractors and suppliers
* Assembling information for invoicing at the conclusion of projects
* Recording, monitoring and reporting progress
* Developing good internal and external relationships with all stakeholders
