Description

• As the successful candidate for the IT Software Support Technician vacancy, you will cover 1st and 2nd Line troubleshooting of a range of bespoke financial applications, providing support to end-users.

• You will work within a team, and support some very cutting-edge applications within the Financial Services space, and provide expert support to all manner of employees, ranging from junior interns through to senior partners, on a national basis.

• The role will operate largely on a remote basis, providing support via telephone and email from the company’s IT helpdesk at their headquarters in Walsall. As a result, you will be locally-based within the West Midlands.

Profile

• In order to be successful for the IT Software Support Technician vacancy, you will have experience within a similar capacity, providing application/software support at a 1st and 2nd Line level, ideally within the Financial Services space.

• Other application support experience will also be considered, including ERP and/or WMS systems, or any type of technical, bespoke set of applications.

• You will have outstanding communication skills, and the ability to help support a range of end-users of varying degrees of seniority and personality.

Job Offer

Starting Base Salary of £26,400 – £28,800+ Outstanding Corporate Benefits Package.
