Deputy Area Manager

Salary: £42,000 per year

I am reaching out this morning to inform you of an excellent opportunity that has arisen in West/South Yorkshire with a highly reputable client of ours. The locations form part of the Northern region and across this area my client provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs requiring supported living schemes. This role is a 6 month FTC moving to permanent should you wish to proceed. 

Responsibilities of Deputy Areas Manager

• Provide support to the area manager in the day to day operational management of the area office including the supervision, specific clinical advice and support to service managers and team leaders
• Ensure high quality management of services at all times that are specific to the needs and requirements of each person who uses the service.

Key Skills/Requirements

• You must have proven experience of managing multi-site residential or supported living services in a Health & Social Care setting
• Knowledge of driving a P and L, managing resources effectively eg reducing voids, reducing agency usage, staff planning.
• You will have proven examples of driving up quality, health & safety and compliance, working to CQC regulatory requirements
