Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Sphere Solutions are a leading South West Construction & Social Housing Recruitment Agency with offices in Plymouth, Bristol and Cardiff.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a graduate for our Plymouth Office in the capacity of Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

The successful candidate is likely to have completed a degree in Sales, Marketing, Construction or Social Housing and be able to demonstrate; enthusiasm, self-motivation, excellent telephone manner, good sense of humour, confident, articulate and commercially astute.

The basic salary is negotiable dependant on experience but is likely to be between £26,000. However, there will be the opportunity from day one to earn commission and hence the expected 1st year earnings would be £26,000 per year and second year £26,000 per year.

Additionally, on successful promotion to Consultant you may qualify for a car allowance.
