Senior Site Engineer

Salary: £48 per hour

On behalf of one of our client’s we are looking to recruit a Senior Site Engineer.

Tier one contractor – £40million mixed use Commercial/residential project/RC frame.

Location – Manchester

Job Type – Contract 19 months

The successful candidate will have experience working on schemes and experience of providing setting-out and engineering control on site.

As Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for

• Supervising and checking sub-contractors.
• Assist with setting out duties where workload for the engineers require assistance
• Communicate with Engineers to ensure all setting out is present and correct before work starts.
• Ensure all RAMS are in place prior to works commencing
• Ensure that plant, labour, and materials for each item of work are identified and available in good time
• Review drawings
• Maintain program and identify opportunities
• Quality Assurance
• Technical Queries & RFI’s

As Senior Engineer, you will have the following experience and qualifications

• BEng Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably you will have your own equipment, but it is not essential.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong background in a similar role on same size schemes or above.
• CSCS Card
