My client is a leading hospitality and Catering Recruitment agency based in Central London! With offices throughout the UK, they’re well established and a big name within the Industry. Currently 20 strong within their London office, they’re looking to take on at least 3 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to help build their Permanent Recruitment Desk.

Focusing on recruiting kitchen staff, front of house (restaurant and bar) and sales & marketing professionals, our client is in need of personable individuals who can effectively converse with individuals on salaries ranging from £18,000 – £80,000!
With a buzzing office atmosphere, there is a rare opportunity to really throw yourself into an environment where there are more roles than they can handle! There is a real opportunity for the right individual to earn a lot of money on this hot, hot desk!

The Role:
The role is for a 360 Recruitment Consultant. This means that you’ll be thrown in at the deep-end, speaking with both candidates and clients from day one! This is a really exciting opportunity for a business savvy, professional and confident individual to really take told of the role and make it their own!

The role itself will be very active, there will be a lot of opportunity for candidate and client meetings! You’ll be expected to meet with around 6 candidates per day, and 4 clients per week!

Due to the full 360 role, you’ll be able to start making commission from day one! So the right individual could really kick start their career and start making a lot of money!

They need a confident individual who can bridge the gaps within their current client database, and build fresh, working relationships from here.

You will also be mapping the market, searching for potential candidates and head hunting individuals out of their current place of work for the roles that the Senior Consultants have already brought on. You will be calling up to 250 potential candidates per day and qualifying them over the phone to assess their suitability for the roles.

You need to be engaging, and instantly impress potential candidates with your vast knowledge base and sales flair; do you think you’d be able leave a lasting impression on someone with several years experience in their given field?

Location:

Based in the very heart of Central London, my client is situated in amazing offices a 10 minute walk from Oxford Circus!

Salary/Incentives:

Our client is paying basic salaries in the range of £26,000 – £30,000 based on your experience, and perceived potential.

On top of this, our client offers a fantastic commission structure with added incentives!

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for the role, you ideally will:

• Be educated to degree level with a minimum of a 2:2 in any field
• Have a minimum of 6 months sales experience, ideally business to business: Telesales, Door to Door sales, Telemarketing/market research, Street Fundraising and promotions will all be considered.
• Competitive – you must be able to demonstrate your competitive nature, ideally through sporting achievements.
