Salary: £30,000 per year
Our client a well established family run business, they are a park home based in the Devon and Cornwall area based on a couple of sites.
You would need to have previous experience in a similar role, as well as having worked in a building services environment.
General maintenance skills would be an advantage
The position would involve layering of Bricks for the bases of where the high quality park homes sit as this is a salaried role you will be expected to carry out ad-hoc duties as when or when weather doesn’t permit bricklaying.
