Up to £50,000
I am Iooking for an experienced Manager to run a dementia care hub in Anfield, offering care and support for 60 people with a variety of care and support needs. This is a great opportunity to join a national care company and make a difference to people and their lives.
Duties for this roles will include:
* Being the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service
* Recruiting, supervising and managing a staff team
* Managing the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy
* Providing improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
* Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times
For this post will you need:
* Registration as a Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a UK Pin
* A caring and compassionate nature with strong leadership skills
* Experience of managing a service of a similar size and client group
* The ability to build a great team who can deliver high quality care
