One of my clients is welcoming a Technical Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis! Offering an incredible opportunity to travel to America to learn their bespoke technology!
You’ll be in a fast-paced environment, providing high-end customer service whilst resolving their technical issues, and using your technical knowledge to support hardware and bespoke systems.
You’ll be based in the Bracknell office (hybrid) providing 1st/2nd Line Support and will have:
-OS knowledge
-Backup Software Packages knowledge
-Networking knowledge (desirable)
-Good technical mindset
-Excellent communication skills
-Customer Service skills
