Digital Customer Agent

The winner of Google’s 2011 EMEA Premier SMS Partners are looking for Digital Customer Agents to join the Search Marketing Services team on an on-going, temporary basis. This temporary role will offer you 28 days holiday, a tax free benefit scheme and access to the companies on site Gym, beautician, and canteen.

This role will involve discussing online marketing strategy with customers on a daily basis and advising them of best ways to reach their target market. Full training on the products offered by the company will be given to ensure that the most relevant advice is supplied and where necessary the successful candidate will advise the customer of different marketing solutions that could assist them in their advertising.
To be successful in the role of Digital Customer Agent you will have a strong customer service background, ideally within a call or contact centre. Graduates will also be considered. Excellent written and communication skills are essential for this role along with the ability to hold a fact finding conversation, asking leading, closing and clarifying questions. A degree or equivalent in Media, English, Journalism, or Theatre Studies would be ideal but is not essential. Experience (or an interest) in copywriting, marketing or SEO (search engine optimisation) would also be beneficial.

annual salary of: £26,000increasing up to £8.60 after a qualifying period
