The Role

The successful applicant will have experience in production management within a mechanical process improvement role, focused around optimising efficiencies and performance in a machine shop environment. You will need a working knowledge from an engineering point of view of process CNC machinery; your background will be in and around the management and supervising of individuals and processes utilising statistical analysis and modern manufacturing techniques such as Lean, 5S and Kaizen techniques. Your role will be crucial in the management and continuous improvement of this in depth manufacturing process; therefore you will have regular interaction between all levels from manufacturing shop floor to director.
