Graduate Campus Recruiter

RDF’ss Park Avenue People Graduate Academy requires an experienced Campus Recruiter who will be responsible for all aspects our graduate recruitment
You will join our existing Grad Academy which finds and trains Graduates in sought after IT skills to then work with our clients throughout the UK

The Academy based in our central Brighton office runs a 3 month course where Grads are taught technological as well as business skills
They are paid from day one.

You will be leading our efforts to secure the best graduates
A key member of our Graduate Academy you will help develop our Graduate Attraction Strategy and grow our talent communities.

Your Responsibilities include:
Initiating and participating in campus attraction events. This includes organization and attendance of all candidate attraction events both in house and on campus
You will also develop and maintain relationships and represent the company in the candidate market.

You will work with universities to build on existing relationships and maximize the company’s presence on campus.

You will manage the complete recruitment. This includes competency-based interviewing, technical assessments and offer management

You will organize and help run our Assessment Days

You will act as a 1st point of contact for candidates

You will continuously build a pipeline of graduates and university contacts

You will assist in driving process improvements within the Campus Strategy and Pipeline Development.

You will Measure operational effectiveness through reporting and highlight trends as appropriate.

You will work with our Marketing department to build and tailor the Academy brand

Your Qualifications

Recruitment experience and while Graduate recruitment not essential it would be desirable

Good understanding of the graduate recruitment cycle and candidate attraction

Good understanding of the recruitment processes and best practice.

Comprehensive and Strategic thinker, Tactical problem solver and delivery focused.
