French and Spanish Call Centre Reservations Consultant

Are you fluent in English, French and Spanish? Have you been working within a call centre environment booking luxury hotels? My client who is based in London requires a Luxury Hotel Reservations Executive on a permanent basis.

Your role will be very sales orientated working in a busy office environment answering calls from travel trade, direct customers and VIP members who require a luxury hotel, private beach resort, city centre hotel or a safari lodge in all areas of the World.

The Luxury Hotel Reservations Executive will offer advice by suggesting suitable accommodation to confirm, make any amendments to existing bookings, cancellations and ensure all confirmation reaches the customers before departure. You must also speak French and fluent Spanish to be considered for this role.

LUXURY HOTEL RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Handle inbound reservation calls from trade and direct customers.
– Confirm worldwide luxury accommodation using the in house system.
– Make amendments to existing bookings and handle hotel cancellations.
– Use your fluency in French, Spanish and English reservation.
– Up sell on board basis and room upgrades.
– Maintain relationships with hotels.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets.

LUXURY HOTEL RESERVATONS EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE:

– Must be working within the travel industry in a call centre/phone based role.
– Working within the luxury sector of the travel industry an advantage.
– Fluent in English French and Spanish – both written and verbally
– Knowledge of a hotel booking system is desirable.
– Highly organised and able to work unsupervised.
– Good understanding of mathematic calculations.
– Flexible in working hours to complete extra work.

THE PACKAGE:
This is a Monday to Friday role paying up to £26,400 basic depending on experience
