Salary: £38,400 – £50,400 per year
Our client is a leading AV Integrator who offer expert technical support for Audio Visual products, are looking to expand their already successful technical support team, with an AV support engineer based in Kettering.
Key Responsibilities:
*** Telephone technical support.
*** System specification and preparing quotations.
*** Dealing with product faults and arranging repairs.
*** Assisting sales and discussing applications with dealers.
*** Assist with maintaining our clients demonstration and training facilities.
*** Occasional site visits to assist Dealers who need support,
*** Hands on Testing of returned and Loan kit.
*** Evaluation of new products.
Key Skill:
*** Excellent verbal and written English
*** Excellent customer service skills
*** Able to work as a team and independently
*** Good knowledge of AV / VC products
*** Previous Tech Support experience / Excellent AV Experience
