The company:
Our client is a rapidly growing start-up, known as Fitzrovia’s best healthy eatery and first juice bar. They have a friendly, passionate and committed team which will be the driving force as they look to establish 10 stores, build the brand and increase efficiency. They are now keen to bring on a talented graduate to be part of their next stage of growth!
The Role:
They are looking for a Manager to help them to successfully drive both stores. In this new position you will be responsible for delivering a fun and energetic customer experience, creating efficient and safe operations, driving sales and managing staff. The role will seek to track and deliver on all three aspects of the business – in-store service, deliveries and event catering.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure a consistent and overwhelmingly welcoming in-store customer experience
* Ensure team provides outstanding customer service at all times and manage customer complaints
* Create tools and strategies to support the team (daily closing cash up/ card payments)
* Develop and manage our technology solutions
* Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to
* Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns
* Hire staff and effectively manage ongoing HR activities
* Create a supply chain strategy and process for ordering customer consumables (such as packaging)

Requirements:
* 2.1 degree from a top university
* Can-do attitude and problem solving mindset
* Experience managing a team
* Resilience and confidence
* Customer service experience
Requirements (preferred):
* Experience managing a team in a fast-paced retail/food environment
Salary: £30,000
